Bitten in the Line of Duty

The first item that must be shared from the memory suitcase I've just brought home from Chicago is this newspaper clipping which should serve as a reminder that we can't fight, or bite, the law. I had heard this story from Grandpa as a child, but I'm not sure if I believed it or not, until now.
