Hello dear readers,
A few things are happening that are making me think about what I want this blog to be. First, I’m approaching the end of a couple of big projects, like my master’s thesis and my petition to the European Parliament, and I’d like to share what I’ve been learning. Second, I’m starting to job hunt. I share this blog link with potential employers, so it could stand some sprucing up.
For most of this year I’ve been using this blog for informal musings about living abroad, politics and religion. Now I’m planning on stepping it up a notch. Less of my own internal monologue, and more analysis on both the academic topics I’m working on and interesting things going on out there in the big wide world beyond my looming thesis deadline. I’d like to make all the esoteric things I write about for my professors accessible and interesting to my friends and the people of the internet.
Hopefully, my posts won’t only be more thoughtful but more frequent. So watch this space, and thanks for reading!
